OpsAPK Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry specific meanings that are used consistently. Understanding these definitions will help you understand the rest of this document clearly.

• "OpsAPK", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the platform operating at opsapk.app and the team responsible for it.
• "You", "player", "user" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the OpsAPK platform.
• "Account" — the personal account you create on OpsAPK through which you access games, place bets, make deposits, and request withdrawals.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in your OpsAPK account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus money credited to your account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds you have deposited directly from your own payment account in PKR, or winnings that have already cleared wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times bonus funds must be bet through before they become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a 25x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process OpsAPK uses to confirm your identity before processing your first withdrawal or if a review is triggered during your account's lifetime.
• "Platform" — the OpsAPK website at opsapk.app, including all games, sports betting, virtual sports, and account management functions accessible through it.

2Account Registration

To use OpsAPK, you must create an account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals in Pakistan. By registering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. OpsAPK requires your mobile number (which must be a valid Pakistani mobile number), a password, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 3. Any false information provided during registration — including false name, false date of birth, or use of another person's contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one OpsAPK account. This applies regardless of the device used, the payment method used, or the IP address from which the account is accessed. OpsAPK uses a range of technical and manual methods to detect multiple accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact support@opsapk.app immediately.

2.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account password and for all activity conducted through your account. OpsAPK strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that you do not use on any other service. Never share your password with anyone — OpsAPK staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact OpsAPK support immediately.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

OpsAPK may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal or if your account activity triggers a manual review. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a brief confirmation that the payment method in use is registered in your name. This process is standard across all legitimate online gaming platforms and protects both you and OpsAPK from fraud and identity theft.

3Eligibility

You are permitted to use OpsAPK only if you meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing OpsAPK from Pakistan or another jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, business, or organisation.
• You are not a current employee, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of OpsAPK or any of its affiliated businesses.
• You are not in a state of self-exclusion from OpsAPK or from online gaming generally. If you have previously self-excluded and that exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to register or access OpsAPK.
• You are not suffering from a gambling disorder or accessing the platform in violation of any treatment commitment you have made.

4Deposits and Payments

OpsAPK accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform — deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are conducted in PKR. There are no currency conversions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. OpsAPK cannot accept deposits from third-party accounts — if a deposit is identified as originating from an account not registered in the player's name, it will be returned and the deposit declined. This rule exists to protect you from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.3 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit fails or an amount is debited from your payment account without appearing in your OpsAPK balance, contact support@opsapk.app immediately with the transaction reference number. OpsAPK will investigate and resolve genuine technical failures within 24 hours. Chargebacks initiated through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting OpsAPK support are a breach of these Terms.

5Withdrawals

OpsAPK is committed to processing withdrawal requests quickly and without unnecessary complications. The following rules govern how withdrawals work on the platform.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours (9am–11pm PKT). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed first thing the following morning. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 4 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. During peak periods such as PSL season or major cricket events, processing times may extend slightly — OpsAPK will communicate any delays proactively.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though OpsAPK reserves the right to process very large withdrawals (above Rs 500,000) in instalments across consecutive business days, notifying you in advance.

5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility Conditions

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in the same name as your OpsAPK account.
• Any active bonus funds in your account must either complete their wagering requirement or be forfeited before the real-money portion of your balance can be withdrawn. You can choose to forfeit bonus funds via your account settings.
• OpsAPK reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if your account is under a security review. You will be notified if this applies.

6Bonuses and Promotions

OpsAPK offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms below in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New OpsAPK players are eligible for a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The welcome bonus carries a 25x wagering requirement, meaning the total of your deposit plus bonus must be wagered 25 times before any balance can be withdrawn. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

6.2 Weekly Cashback

OpsAPK's weekly cashback promotion pays 15% of your net losses over the preceding 7 days, up to a maximum of Rs 20,000 per week. Unlike the welcome bonus, weekly cashback carries zero wagering requirement — it is paid as real money directly to your balance and can be withdrawn immediately. Cashback is calculated and credited every Monday by 12:00 PKT.

6.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the wagering requirement process.
• OpsAPK reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• If OpsAPK identifies that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means — including multiple accounts, false identity, or coordinated bonus abuse with other players — all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited and the accounts involved closed.
• Where there is a conflict between a general bonus rule and a promotion-specific rule, the promotion-specific rule takes precedence.
• Wagering on certain game types contributes differently to bonus wagering requirements: sports bets contribute 100%, crash games contribute 100%, slots contribute 75%, virtual sports contribute 75%, and live casino games contribute 20%.

7Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets and virtual sports bets placed on OpsAPK. Game-specific rules (for slots, crash, and ludo) are published separately in the rules section of each game.

7.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until OpsAPK's system has generated and displayed a bet confirmation with a unique bet ID. If you do not receive a confirmation, the bet has not been accepted. OpsAPK reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets may be refused if a market has been suspended, if your account has insufficient funds, or if your account is under review.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake for a single sports bet is Rs 200. The minimum stake for virtual sports is Rs 100. Maximum stakes vary by market and event, and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. OpsAPK reserves the right to adjust maximum stakes at any time, including retrospectively limiting a player's maximum stake if patterns of professional betting are identified.

7.3 Errors and Mispriced Odds

OpsAPK makes every effort to ensure that published odds are correct at the time of display. Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds (for example, odds of 100.0 on a near-certainty due to a data feed error), OpsAPK reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. OpsAPK will not knowingly leave clearly erroneous markets open for extended periods once an error is identified.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition, as reported by the official governing body. OpsAPK uses official scorecards and competition results pages as the primary settlement reference. For events subject to protests or result changes post-settlement, OpsAPK will re-settle affected bets if the official result changes within 72 hours of original settlement.

7.5 Abandoned and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before a result is reached, bets placed on the match winner and other outcome markets will be voided and stakes returned, unless a minimum completion threshold has been reached as specified in sport-specific rules. The specific completion thresholds for cricket, football, and other sports are published in OpsAPK's sport-by-sport betting rules available in the Help Centre.

8Game Rules and Fairness

OpsAPK operates a range of game types including sports betting, virtual sports, crash games, slots, and ludo cash games. All games on OpsAPK are governed by fairness principles and certified random outcomes where applicable.

8.1 RNG Certification

All games relying on random number generation — including slots, virtual sports, crash games, and certain casino-style games — use RNG engines certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. This certification confirms that outcomes are genuinely random, statistically balanced over large sample sizes, and not manipulable by OpsAPK or any other party. Certification certificates are available on request from OpsAPK support.

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Return to Player percentages indicate the average proportion of total stakes that a game returns to players over a very large number of rounds. OpsAPK publishes RTP figures for all game categories. These figures are theoretical averages — individual sessions can and do deviate significantly from the average RTP. A high RTP does not guarantee winnings in any given session.

8.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction — whether caused by a software error, network interruption, or any other technical issue — the round in which the malfunction occurred will be voided and the stake returned to your balance. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the standard OpsAPK applies consistently. If you believe a game has malfunctioned and your stake was not returned, contact support with the relevant game round ID.

9Responsible Gaming

OpsAPK is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not as a regulatory formality, but as a core operating value. We believe that a player who maintains healthy gaming habits is a player we can serve for years. A player who develops a problem gambling habit is a player we have failed.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all OpsAPK account holders from their account settings at any time, without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases require a 24-hour cooling period to take effect.
• Session Time Reminders — Set an alert that notifies you after a specified period of play within a single session.
• Reality Check — Periodic pop-up notifications showing your total time played and net position in the current session.
• Cool-Off Period — Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off, you cannot access games or deposit. Your balance is preserved and your account reopens automatically at the end of the period.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. Your account balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

10Account Suspension and Closure

OpsAPK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through your account.
• Threatening, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour towards OpsAPK staff.
• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of account compromise or identity fraud.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. OpsAPK will notify you of the reason for closure unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation. If you believe your account has been closed in error, you may raise a formal complaint under Section 14.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support@opsapk.app. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

11Privacy and Data Protection

OpsAPK collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at opsapk.app/privacy-policy. By registering, you consent to OpsAPK processing your personal data as described in that policy. In summary:

• Your personal data is used to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and improve the platform.
• OpsAPK uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit and at rest.
• Your data is never sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.

12Intellectual Property

All content on OpsAPK — including the OpsAPK brand name, logo, website design, game content, software, and written material — is the intellectual property of OpsAPK or its licensed content providers. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, redistribute, reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit any OpsAPK content without prior written permission.

Any software downloaded as part of the OpsAPK mobile application is licenced, not sold. You may use it only on a device you own or control, for personal use, and in accordance with these Terms.

13Limitation of Liability

OpsAPK provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OpsAPK excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

OpsAPK is not liable for: (a) any loss of funds caused by your failure to maintain account security; (b) any loss arising from events outside OpsAPK's reasonable control including network outages, payment processor failures, or force majeure events; (c) any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits OpsAPK's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14Disputes and Complaints

OpsAPK wants every player experience to be positive. If you have a complaint about any aspect of your OpsAPK experience — a bet settlement, a withdrawal delay, a bonus dispute, or anything else — please follow the process below.

14.1 Step 1 — Contact Support

Email support@opsapk.app with full details of your complaint, including your registered mobile number, the date and time of the issue, and any relevant transaction or bet IDs. OpsAPK's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 2 hours and provide a full resolution within 72 hours in the vast majority of cases.

14.2 Step 2 — Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, request that your complaint be escalated to OpsAPK's Compliance and Disputes team. This team operates independently of day-to-day support and will conduct a thorough review of your case within 5 business days.

14.3 Final Resolution

OpsAPK's Disputes team decision is final for all matters of bet settlement, bonus interpretation, and account management. If you disagree with a decision on legal grounds, disputes are governed by the laws applicable to the OpsAPK platform, and you may pursue legal recourse through the appropriate channels available in your jurisdiction.

15Amendments to These Terms

OpsAPK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, OpsAPK will notify registered players via SMS to the registered mobile number at least 7 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of OpsAPK after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date by contacting support@opsapk.app.
